    Generally speaking from a legal perspective, the decision of the original court will remain 'in force' until the appeal is concluded vis a vis prohibitive injunctions; with further decisions being made based on the result of that appeal whatever it happens to be.

    Haven't looked into these documents too much, but naturally this is to avoid people appealing just as a way to get around "do not do this" injunctions that are issued! This is usually the opposite for "do this" injunctions, which are usually stayed until appeals concluded.

    As said though, haven't looked into the docs for this case specifically, these are just general ideas, so my thoughts shouldn't be considered gospel by any stretch!
