Correct me if Iam wrong please but wouldn't the #1 shareholder - John Connelly with over 5% of the ordinary shares in the company be required to lodge a change in substantial notice each time these options conversion notices are being released?
His equity % in the company is being diluted each time...
An admin pain in the ass for him, however good for us as it would show us on a week to week basis if he has been active on market.
@wombat777 when are you due to lodge your substantial shareholder notice?
