Not a day goes by that a placement of stock does hit the market. My mail box has been full with XPE bonus options issue, SPP, Placement, CN, Bonus option documents it like a door stopper the amount of documents.
I give the BOD an "A" for skill in destroying the company value with abysmal capital management and remumeration actions.
AL most likely got a bonus for the CN issue......if he did the BOD should be sacked and be avoided forever.
