you said it was straight away , the option is a better play when price down as leverage price has better percent gains in short term .
if price high good to sell because percentage diffs grow less.
so with option long way out , who would convert now .
there not going to do that to support company , then sell .
then there not in company that there supporting . so thats not going to happen either .
