The whole point of buying options is that they will become well in the money by the time of expiry. That's why you buy options instead of heads. Seeing as that has not materialized on CTMOB then these options are a failure. The company itself may or may not be a failure but these options were a failure. If these options weren't a failure, CTM would need to be 2c+ by now. It isn't so you lost out if you bought these ops.
