Incorrect - Read the announcement Jackie clearly states she sold her 500k shares to pay her tax... and that is the only reason. The announcement basically explains that the total number of shares on issue has changed due to options being exercised.
She doesn't have to put any transparency on the announcement but did it specifically so people wouldn't think people are getting out.
This stock is moving from a micro cap held by retail to now being an insto play - one broker has just put out a $1.90, 12 month price target on this (that is their conservative price valuation - with a best case of $3.60)...
