You cannot get a worst performing board of directors, CEO and CFO. Will the company shares performed in the same direction as OEC. Peter Crook had all but destroyed OEC shareholders wealth during his tenure as OEC CEO. Look at OEC share price now despite a consolidation of 10:1 after Crook's departure.
