it means he bought the shares above market value - ie. at 69 cents per share. he could have bought them on-market at 33.5 cents, but chose to buy them at 69 cents, to show the market that CVN is way way undervalued. this is what true leaders does. his individual action will likely turn this around.we are so lucky to have Adrian as MD of CVN.
