The way I see it:

- effectively additional remuneration of approximately $650k
- motivates Adrian even further to boost the SP and ties him in even more
- good corporate governance by board to motivate performance
- signifies that the board sees significant upside from here, to state the obvious

I’d like to see the other directors make some straight up purchases on market. I’m aware the chairman in particular already has a truckload but would be a great signal to the market. Come on put your directors fees into market purchases.
