I haven’t read all the comments now but just want to say that there is really no need to freak out... the opposite I would say. He only sold shares to pay for the exercised shares, most people don’t have a million dollars cash in the bank, especially not the millionaires because most of them are smarter than that. And further, two of the employees bought a huge shunk of new shares. If every single one was selling their entire holding there would be reason to worry.
second - one thing that is so important to remember when trading .... 99% of everything we worry about, never happens. And than 1% - make sure you have your plan already made out before disaster hits. Will save you all your sweet bucks.
in this case there’s no reason to worry even the slightest, quite the opposite I’d say.
