There are three revenue components of the Verizon agreement: SDK royalty per distributed app, hosting fees, and maintenance and support. Syntonic issues a monthly invoice for these items.

As per IR's reply to my previous questions above, SYT issues a monthly invoice for the services provided to Verizon which consists of the 3 components. For the services in June for example, if the invoice is issued at the end of the month, it is unlikely that they have received the cash receipts to be reported in the June Quarterly.
