there is a legitimate heart beat - the sp has risen showing general punter interest, but been dumped by note holder or Nick selling. ie the market is willing to bet.
there is a fundamental bet brewing. Not a dead horse. Revenues could flow as partners get their shoes on.
Could, but not guaranteed. That is the bet.
