    Yes...AND....long payment terms I bet they are on 120 days standard...so here is where it shows up. I cannot get my head around waiting 4 months to receive cash, 1/3 of a year.

    Spend some time in the Victorian construction industry and you'll quickly get your head around it. Even companies like Aussie Post often take 6 months to pay their bills.
