In 18months time they will be out of cash the way they burning through it, This stock is hrld as a minority by external shareholder( mums dads ect) - majority if shareholders are either other IQ group company or current directors of other IQ group (refer to top 20 shareholders)
Even if the board are put under pressure at AGM nothing will happen as they have majority % of votes sewn up
Have a look at IQN, IQX,IQ3 - all there other companies that have been listed on NSX or ASX for past 2-3yrs
that have all done nothing but pay massive amounts of $$$ in salaries and now are needing to raise more cash very shortly as they have burnt through all their cash
look closely to see where there small revenues come from- they come from doing work from one of there other companies - for helping them list or consultant work
