Love the fact that they went for a $10mill loan over going back to the market for cash. It's always a lot easier to do a sophi placement so this is a real positive indication that they company themselves do not want to see any further dilution. This always adds confidence and strengthens the share price as investors know the only way they can get shares is to buy on market.
