Fully diluted is closer to your number but thats only if Perf shares issued in which case we will have some cracking revenue numbers. Time is running out for these hurdles, believe around 6 mths to run. Personally would probably rather not have the dilution then see the revs ramp post.
Heavily overvalued call is all in the eye of the beholder. I can show you plenty of other businesses with larger market caps that have zero revenue! But yes they will need to grow into there current EV.
And i would also say that progress to date is huge given the highly regulated space they operate in. Sure its taken longer than we would have liked but not unexpected really for a start up. Plenty would kill for these numbers after 2.5 years.
Anyhow, i do agree they will need some cash but i also think we are at an inflexion point for the stock. It is still under researched and as they key metrics continue to grow we will be away.
