It's hard to get excited based on current forecasts and recent performance. Showing total market cap of $670m (and that probably doesn't include the current SPP). Revenue was $166m in 2019, EBIT $22m and Net Profit $18m.
2020 forecast is now for Revenue $230m, EBIT around $27m and say net profit around $23m.
The company raised $85m of new capital in Nov 19 and $134m in April 2020 (plus any from the current SPP).
It needs to make some very big strides in 2021 as even a doubling of net profit in that year (to $46m) would only put the company on a P/E multiple of 14.5 times. That's a very generous profit growth estimate to make as not even the company has made a mention of making up for lost revenue in a big way in 2021 (subject to Covid of course). The company has been significantly cashflow negative, doesn't pay any dividends and any lustre of being a defensive Defence related stock has been shot. Needs that announcement of a 'new material contract within weeks' alluded to on 15/4 for the current SPP to be supported.
