Hey Tim the $22.9m was mentioned on the call. The balance of $16.8m being disbursements I would assume are just passthrough on the cashflow statement and reflected in both disbursements recovered and disbursements paid. Hence no impact on net CFO and you would ignore for the purposes of normalising the 1H21 cashflows.
Probably the timing doesn't quite line-up entirely in the half as they received the payment on 23 Dec but that is how I would think about it conceptually.
