    No, They don’t and won’t need a capital raise.

    If you can you read and understand the balance sheet and its associated notes, a capital raise isn’t required and with $280m+ in the cash with a cash burn currently at $4m per month it ain’t required in the short to medium term.

    Of the $256in borrowings, $130m is long term bank debt therefore not payable in the short term whilst the remaining $126m is unsecured convertible notes - they convert to shares in 2027! In other words, they don’t get repaid. They pay 2.5%pa ($3.15m pa) to the holders unless they want to convert to shares now (which they can do as from Nov 2020 following shareholder approval).
