Ravenswood sold to EMR Capital & Singapore listed Golden Energy & Resources 2020.
Agreement up to A$300M.
Received 50M cash 2020.
50M promissory notes ( plus int due 30/3/24 ).
Further $50M contingent on gold prices over 4 year period ( around $1600 US from memory ) & the balance 150M contingent on future growth outcomes ( which is huge based on present day operations ), due 2027.
