There is no hearsay about my statement. By your own conduct readers have not been privy to the "evidence on what actual discussions took place". Is there an explanation for that? Finally, why haven't holders been informed about the pump situation? It is shareholder's interest that is being ill served by the lack of important information. Perhaps you don't believe holders are entitled to know what is going on. If it is your opinion that such conduct is OK, you are certainly entitled to hold that opinion. However, I don't and many other shareholders don't share it either!
