We could see some selling next week.
For most people, 4DS is just a good trading stock, and after a 40% rise, they probably wanted to take some money from the table.

And maybe MVB did sell alll his shares.
He could be happy keeping only his 5 million 0,052 vested options.
Would be nice if WE could give us his TA analysis for this week.


But I agree that there is some light in the distance.

Imo, the new board is reorganising the company to make it ready for a change.

I keep wondering for whom are the recent 15.5 million non-KMP options at $ 0,1.

MVB had 14.5 million options. But MVB was a KMP.

Do they intend to split these new options between three or four employees ?

The last number of 4DS employees I found, was 7 at the end of 2021, and it could be less.
Since then MVB left the company and GA is still there, but he is a board member (a KMP) and those options are not fot him.

So, 15.5 million options for 5 people ?

And why not telling shareholders who are (or wiil be) those new employees and why it is important to keep them onboard with big incentive packages ?

This could be a positive information that would help keeping the SP up.
Is it a secret ? If so, Why ?

And there is also the remaining 30% of the Sale Bonus Pool.
We don't know for whom they are.
- For DM and HD, to make sure that they will support the changes that the chairman and the CEO want for 4DS ? To keep them silent and loyal at a critical juncture for the company ?
- For a new and very important director that will join the board in coming months ?

Too many unexplained moves.

There is something brewing and I think this is much more than a speculation, now.
We will know in the next two months, imo.

My opinion is that they want some kind of association with another company (a merger of equals ? a new joint venture ?)
