seriously - if they had started actually building this plant they would be singing from the rooftops. Nothing in the announcements remotely suggests actual construction. Its all roadmaps and targets and aspirations. (Other than the verbal guarantee from the presentation that it would be ready before September - but that's not in writing so easily wriggled out of) Just make these guys accountable!
