If EECP were buying and holding, as they undertook to do initially (in an undertaking that was clearly telegraphed but never actually disclosed), they probably would be the largest shareholder by now. And they would be sitting on a massive 'tax loss'.
But clearly what they are in fact doing is 'investing' in new shares to flip them. They just recycle the same 2 or 3 million dollars around and around, making a good rate of return on every purchase.
No need for them to own a clapped out coal mine with a petroleum license. What would EECP do with that?
