Over the last 3 years, even when our SP was a lot higher, she did not obviously feel the need to convert options to shares.
Now with 9 months remaining for expiry, she's felt the time is right to do so.
Being the director of clnical programs, she knows what's cooking in the background, and she likes it.
She's getting set, as Bruce mentioned by starting the CGT tax clock early.
