I personally think the board of Titan have resigned for the best interest and future of the company and Shareholders not themselves.
I think the board risigned to separate titan minerals from the aquired Andina resources and any mud being thrown around in the Canadian courts about the tulin gold plant and Andina resources. Its hard to say its a different company when the people that were leading titan are the same as the ones wbo were leading andina (ex peru gold)
