Let's not forget about the part where Pramoko (ex-CEO of pre-merger AMAL) was ousted, MC took over the whole bald hill via a merger.
Not sure if MC had a part to play when Pramoko was kicked out of the board, but at at point in time, I thought it was such a brilliant move by MC to get the whole mine under his management.
Such a shrewd move only to fall victim to a 40 million dollar debt.
