IMO I have no doubt the hold up with the Half Year Report is partly to do with the last minute appointment of an interim company secretary.
This of course is on the back of long-serving lap dog and CFO/Secretary Nigel Baade resigning around the same time that the ASX asked Starpharma questions regarding continuous disclosure obligations and also whether a SPL announcement was tantamount to ramping.
A sad state of affairs IMO.
