I would usually refer to such a person as
'the key to success'
on a venture within a country run by a Monarchy!
This guy is well connected and has a keen eye for investment, being Co-Chairman of Sheffield Football Club.
As the King is the head of Government here I would be surprised to see any challenges/delays to future funding and approvals.
A brilliant association and worth a punt!
