Maybe a naive question ,- but is the board arranging a dual listing ,- ?
ie :-Connections in Frankfurt ( Zeiss ) and Singapore ( Clermont )
Would make sense to load the board with high profile academics ,- prior to list .
Then there is the question as to Why ? the two directors cashed in their options ,well ahead of time ?
