Sure, just a thought though....Management told us they had an agreement with the lenders for no interest payments until 31 October. why then did the creditors appoint the receivers on 26 October?! makes no sense. I'm not suggesting anything here, just want to know. And how quick can one appoint receivers? Do you pick up the phone and it happens in 3 minutes? Probably not, wouldn't it take a week or two to organise? maybe longer? Did management then deceive shareholders? not sure.
