this is precisely what they will do; they declare that they need to pay no one anything, but they (administrators) keep the assets; someone will buy the mine and plant and maybe even put it on care and maint; then they will cap raise to explore or work out how to mine something somewhere that will not be loss making; if there really is gold there, then 'sophisticated' investors will stump up for free plant and resource
