I commended you to do proper research on REE and its strategic importance now and going forward. 10 years ago US, Japan and the West relied on China supply for too much. At that time China was catching up. Today China became much more aggressive geopolitically and economically. Lesson for you in life also, do not rely too much on someone else. Nowadays US and the West realized how weak they're when relied too much on China cheap supplies and Russia oil & gas. Big big lesson for them all. especially Germany & EU countries.
