I agree with the ASX, this is not a material announcement. That said I see why the share price is moving.
The devil is in the detail really. We need to do three things with GF 1. Circuit design, 2. Tech development, and 3. High volume production. All these things, especially with another company involved, have the potential to take years, particularly the last one. I also don't know what tech development means... We also have a question of how much this relationship will cost us...
