    GF does build chips for the US defence dept. Their 3 US fabs have tight export controls for everything they produce, as expected. Possibly the US gov gets first sniff at all tech that's being prototyped there.

    So far Mo has only talked about their goal to get a 12CQ into a phone. It might be possible to have different implementations of the 12CQ - one for commercial use, one for military. Every use case requires different engineering. Can't stick a 'generic 12CQ chip' (which is an oxymoron) into everything. But AXE will have to be closely involved with both because only a handful of them know how to deal with this qubit material. My question is, how do they have the time to do both.
