Hey mate - very interesting point w.r.t Korean Fair trade approval. Good pick up.
One likely scenario is that the "Japanese consortium" between Sumitomo and Mitsubishi will be set up in Korea - i.e. domiciled in Korea - Just to clarify - not the KNPL itself (which is obviously Australian entity) - the 50% future owner of it - "the JC" could be structured in Korea?
Sumitomo has some plans for going down the path of PCAM production and further downstream into the Battery value chain. Korea is becoming the hub for that sort of stuff.
W.r.t to the 25% unencumbered - I still think we will see another partner sometime in future - Its a long shot I admit - not much value in speculating today but I couldn't help myself.
