The benefits of synergies are attractive in the 'two for one' idea, NynTfyV and there would be willing HRZ voting allies post merger, for BoD replacement.But what sticks in the craw, is the vesting of totally unearned 'performance' shares that'd go with it. A sound rejection of that plan yet still have the merger is something I'd consider,for one.
