Putting it simply current shareholders of Ziron Tech want a share in ASM ( about 1.1% if my beating heart has not overloaded my brain ) and are PAYING MARKET FOR THEM.
As my old hero would say " WHY IS IT SO ?"
Cos a small share in ASM is going to be worth a lot more than Ziron Tech
Let us not forget the Korean govt put up $5M and ALK $1M to get this going.
Me thinks next announcement is to be financed by Korea!
