The return of subpoena listing at 2:15pm this afternoon didn’t proceed as scheduled, as order we’re made in chambers prior.

Don’t no if the 150k has been paid or not. In any case if payment has been delayed the asx will comply with the order once the payment is made.

Re the 2.7 million security payment that is also required to be paid. SP1 in the asx announcement the other day, said they would release a further update to the market.

“A further announcement will be made once agreement has been reached about the extent to which SP1 will make or contribute to that lodgement.”

So we wait. All good imo, just tactics playing out. Cheers

I had a look at that court order and unfortunately I do not know if that means that ASIC provided the information required, or if the court determined that ASIC was no longer required to provide the information anymore.

I do not see any ASIC documents that have been filed in the last few days but I do not know if they would be recorded in the "Documents Filed" list. I am wondering if the case is starting to shut down if that $2.7M has not been paid?

@tradealot do you know the answer to that? @ChillingOut ?
