Hi
@jawburnsI get it, your frustrated, and everyone's over it.
Doing nothing is still doing something.
And that something is in the best interest of the company and shareholders. It's all about tactics and positioning to acheive the desired results. If the courts are OK with what SP1 is doing, then we'll just have to flow with it also.
What would paying the monies months ago really have achieved for SP1 & Co. They would have lost their leverage and the time to think window would close by forcing the other party to continue. You can learn a lot of stuff by waiting, things unfold furthur to your advantage. Eg Visa and ASX legal professional privilege subpoena's. Your also earning more profits in Europe, leaving you in a better payment position when it does all piece together.
JK's tweet is letting shareholders know what's happening. It also reinforces the game plan to the asx and other parties. So what carn't be said directly can be said indirectly through social media. The asx and others would see all this stuff.
As mentioned may times, JK will act when the timings right and it's in the best interests of the company.
There is no rush, haste is the pathway to error. Cheers
