Please, tell me @JoeGambler, how this is "off the rails"? ASX makes much of its disclosure obligations when prosecuting others - in fact, that is its prime MO for attempting to force directors to answer any question even if the issue does not come under ASX's remit.
And please tell me why you think a Director of ASX should have structures that may be possibly built to sidestep his/her obligation to disclose shareholdings which may possibly be conflicts of interest?
