    One of the advantages for ISX and its supporters in the various cases (of few) is that ASX, VISA and ASIC do not publicly comment and speculate on the situation. Only when the media has accessed court documents etc does the public get another view. Hotcopper has been the main venue where this advantage has been used to good effect, further evidenced by the post you quoted.
