I reckon the other creditors are not going to be happy that $1m has gone out the door. How are FAS going to fund their legal costs for multiple plaints on SHIP tenement and a gang of angry creditors? How are they going to pay running costs like office etc? In my opinion no one is dumb enough to provide capital to a company that has multiple plaints for forfeiture on their key asset and that has been suspended from trading on ASX for more than 12 months.
