I agree. You're right.

ASX initially fought the amended SOC tooth and nail and lost. Then they consented to the next one because any argument would've been without merit, and if they don't consent to what is filed next, they'll lose that as well.

It won't alter the timetable though - most of the relevant information must be to hand otherwise ASX wouldn't publish this release. If further material has to be produced to support a further argument, I'm sure that will be provided.
