    Don't get it till now , it's clear from first page that every thing is a concern not accusations , please read twice the first page !!

    Since when a concern lead to demolish a long list of shareholders assets while other ( 10+ ) companies on ASX got real accusation and proven guilty still trading !!

    can someone please explain this only , key words ( Concerns , safeguard )
