    I think this saga will continue until the ASX does one of the following :

    1. Announce in a factual way with evidence, the reasons for the initial suspension
    2. Announce that they have found no factual basis for the suspension and are therefore lifting the suspension

    So far we have ISX shares suspended since October 2019 for 'share price volatility'. For 'share price volatility' read the company value is growing so fast that ISX is a threat to our future existence. This growth has continued in spite of the suspension. Well done to JK and the Team

    As after 12 months ASX has done neither 1 nor 2 above it is now up to the judge to decide 1 or 2. Lets hope that ASX are not allowed to drag this court case excessively into the future.

    On another note does anyone think that Visa's action indicates that they see ISX as a threat to their future as well?
