As far as I can tell, the ONLY reason now that ASX is continuing to suspend ISX (except for possible hidden reason of ISX taking ASX to court) is that ISX has refused to give ASX certain information for which ISX believes they have no right to ask. And for this perceived arrogance ASX is continuing the suspension and threatening ISX, yet again, with de-listing. This is all done under ASX's "absolute discretion" to ask, release to the market, suspend and delist.
