2nd issue is procedural justice
"I think this saga will continue until the ASX does one of the following :
1. Announce in a factual way with evidence, the reasons for the initial suspension
2. Announce that they have found no factual basis for the suspension and are therefore lifting the suspension"
how long can they take to be fair and reasonable ? A years seems well beyond reasonable.
