All you points may be valid BUT this has nothing to do with the unfairness of the original suspension.

This is just what the ASX fishing expidition/witch hunt is dredging up. Why is there no fishing expedition into the likes of Westpac etc where systemic errors have been proved/admitted which by any measure has to be multiples worse than anything that ISX is thought to have done. Imagine what else that would uncover among the top hundred listed companies

ASX just have to find some excuse for their actions and so far all they have managed is clutching at straws.

It is up to the court to direct ASX's action going forward as they stubbornly dig in their heels
