I agree @goforit2. ........ in the greater scheme this one breach is merely one iota of what ASX needs to make a sound case. ...... yet it is one breach and as such, on its own, it is significant for the reasons I've laid out above.
it gives ASX some (little yet important) evidence and that can be used to justify the entire process.
